potential WhiteSmoke user tha you install the program, you recieve a massage about a license, I think it said I was granted one, then when I went to using said my license had expired. What up?

I am a potential WhiteSmoke user which I received from Giveaway of the Day. I was able to install it, but the program, I receive a massage about a license, and I think it said I was granted one, then when I went to using the program it said my license had expired. What up?
Second I tried using your chat line for help, but do not work.
Thirdly, your ad during the installation reads as if that is where I suppose to go to start program, just leads to buy WhiteSmoke program.
Forthly, No where in Giveaway of the Day ad for your product does it say it is a trial program. Up until it was so stated.
