A little help for a friend?

I am NOT sure if this is a good, bad or ugly program as it refused to open up when I tried to redo the install. On top of that when I attempted to open the read me file it messed up my Microsoft Office.
Thus what ever I attempted to download was quickly removed not leaving anything to chance.

Sorry I wish I could recommend this but I can't

All the years I have installed and removed programs this one took the cake needless to say.
