A little help for a friend?

I am NOT sure if this is a good, bad or ugly program as it refused to open up when I tried to redo the install. On top of that when I attempted to open the read me file it messed up my Microsoft Office. Thus what ever I attempted to download was...

The software has to be improved. Please check this sentence: The Journal shall own the work, including the right to produce preprints or reprints and translate into languages other than English for sale or free distribution.

Install the program somewhere recognizable... like... I don't know... maybe /WhiteSmoke? I can't even find the thing in the start menu once it's been installed.

I'd like to know who tested the WhiteSmoke (WS) installation/registration routine. WS installed fine, accepted my registration, and then reported my registration had expired when I ran WS the first time. Imagine my chagrin (if you can)....

see that this p[roduct is not listed again because it does not pass any malware test and in fact is a trojan downloader nice eh a 250.00 trojan would definately not trecommend this product at all. unless you don't care about your comp crashing becaus

Malwarebytes repMalwarebytes Pro reports/alerts the extracted WhiteSmoke.exe as a Trojan Downloader. I just don't need this kind of alert when starting to install a new app... so not installed.

Have the program actually deliver effectively on what it promises to do yet consistently falls far short of. Currently, the results are poor in the extreme. Fix this as a priority.

The software installed on Drive C. I wanted it installed on Drive F. I created a folder on Drive F. I Browsed the installation path to that folder on Drive F and the software installed on DRIVE C. (wtf?) still Thank You!!!!

White Smoke detected as TR.Troj.Dropper.GEN2 in Avira Enterprise AntiVirus, I would suggest you remove trojan spyware if you want this great app to sell.

An English-language version of this software might be a good idea. The product provided appears to know about only American (English) and it indulges in egregious colloquialisms that are (sometimes laughably) inappropriate in most of the English-spea

I purchased whitesmoke several years ago and agree with all the complaints. It is way too intrusive with the toolbar, repeated popups, always running, lack of customization. Your software would be more succesful without it!!
